Vamshi Krishna is a film actor, hailing from India, and worked in the Telugu and Tamil cinema. The tall and hunky man was born on 31st March 1986 in Visakhapatnam. Vamsi Krishna belongs to a family where his parents, cousins, and uncle all are doctors. His debut movie Gharshana was a gift to him; as he got this movie while boarding on a flight. Director Gautam Menon was seated next to him in the flight and asked him to play a role in his upcoming film and Vamsi said ‘yes’ to him. He wanted to open his own business, but the meeting with the director Gautam Menon in the flight paved the way for him in the Telugu film industry.

Later, he appeared in a lead role as a villain in the movie “Thadaiyara Thaakka”, “Ivan Veramathiri” and “Naitaandi”. However, he frequently appeared in Tamil movies and became popular. Among various notable achievements, he earned a nomination of the Vijay Award for the category of Best Villain.

He played the lead role in the 2006 Telugu film Oka `V` Chitram alongside Aadhi. He subsequently played roles in Telugu films including Darling, Nagavalli, Nenu Naa Rakshasi and Attarintiki Daredi in significant roles.
